RevRadio and Manchester Online are absolutely nothing to do with any future presenter on Radio Republic or any past presenter of 96.2 The Revolution. Just some kind of hoax thing.

This has been an absolute frustration. The Rev was about the only tolerable music station available without a digital radio (i.e. in the shower and involving no SCREAMING UNFUNNY DJ’S trying to enforce hilarity on me at 7am) and it’s been unbearable since the change.

I can’t imagine they’ve GAINED listeners since they’re no longer providing a unique service.

While I hope Radio Republic get themselves sorted with a new station, they certainly have some pretty major problems to face in doing so. See the post I wrote about it all here. I wish them well though, I’d rather listen to them than Steve Penk any day.
