As a sound engineer myself, the view of the punters at the gig is surely just as important as my own. After all they are paying my wages.

As for funktion 1 sounding hollow... Dont agree with that at all, the res series is probaly the best sounding boxes I have heard!

The warehouse project was an amazing experience. I saw Morillo , van dyk and eddie halliwell. the music was mind blowing, exhilerating and wild. The sound and venue is so unique, it makes you feel your floating in space.

Well Paul T, I guess that's why you're not a sound engineer - no ears. Everybody likes to think they know about sound when they don't. leave it to the professionals lads.

I think you'll find it was plenty loud enough mate. There were 10 x double 18" subs under the stage and the system was designed to keep the sound inside the main room which worked perfeclty. listen with your ears not your eyes.

I hope they make more effort with the sound this time. Beneath the streets was good but one sets of speakers either side of the stage just wasn't enough.
