It's perfectly placed for easy access to the Peaks, the Lakes and North Wales as well as some pretty amazing Urban adventures (like the Rat Race in August). But then, I guess I'm biased. As for listings mags, what is the the deal with Time Out? Is it still meant to be launching the Autumn or has it been delayed further?
