Dale Street fire benefit gig at the Roadhouse
As a precursor to the Ear to the Ground-organised event on May 28 in Stevenson Square, one of the Northern Quarter’s most established music venues, the Roadhouse on Newton Street, is organising a benefit concert this Wednesday:
The Roadhouse is throwing a benefit gig for all those artists, promoters, photographers, festivals and other businesses affected by the fire. All bands are performing for free and we are donating the box office income to neighbouring small, independent, creative business’s affected by the Dale St fire.
Performing are Bone Box, Red Vinyl Fur, Grand Volume and Liam Frost, who are mostly bands containing Roadhouse staff members.
Doors are 8pm and tickets cost just £5 – with discounts for those affected by the blaze.
