Their albums are good but because they are pretty similar, you could be forgiven for thinking they might be a bit of a one trick pony. I’m glad to say as a live act they are well worth checking out - heavily percusive carnival stuff, a charismatic singer who has the most bizarre dance routines, skittish MCing, a flamenco dancer, and if my memory serves me correctly there was a 3-minute slap bass solo, which on a normal day would probably make me shudder a little - but in this context, top-notch stuff!
