		<description>Also I believe the city council has given Â£2m towards the funding of the Festival. With 167,451 households in Manchester, that works out at Â£11.90 per household. They hope the Festival will bring in Â£32m of business. 

Interesting to compare this to the pitiful Â£40,000 that the council gives to Manchester Pride, which brings in Â£20m of business to Manchester.</description>
