Parkour equals people more athletic than I doing stunts I’d rather not think about. This video’s far from award-winning stuff but it’s fun spotting the locations (Castlefield and Umist, as far as I can see). Fancy a go?

Hi my names dan and ive dun alot of free runnin in manchester but my mates hav stopped doin it, im still riloi interested in gettin envolved and improvin my stuff
when will u next be trainin and i myt cum do sum trainin with u all, if thats ok haha
