Ah thanks, this could be really useful for me. I’ve been looking for good listings of gigs around town; there doesn’t seem to be much activity on upcoming.org.
The best I’ve come up with is keeping this bookmark

Great addition to the site. Another great gig guided, particularly for the big concerts, is at http://www.prideofmanchester.com/music/tickets.htm
This site is pretty big and covers gigs, theatre, hotels and also links to ticket sales for most events
