It's unusual to see anything classified by them. As you can see, I was (mis)reading boroughs of Manchester, not Greater Manchester. Fair enough about the workshops. That, to me, is the City of Manchester + 9 boroughs but some would lump them all in together and call it 10. Sorry for the confusion! As to why not open the sessions to the public at large - we'd love to, and hopefully one day we will, but for the moment the idea is to keep numbers down so that we can ensure that it's a good experience for everyone involved.
